Products we have in stock are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Consignment products take longer to ship, due to the fact that they are with the original owner.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping of these products as it can take 1-3 week for us to receive and authenticate them.

Products that have been sourced for you by a personal shopper will also take longer to ship. The sourcing process takes around 4 weeks since receipt of the deposit payment. Once the item reaches our offices (around 4 weeks), the customer will pay the remaining balance and the product will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Standard Shipping times:

Spain: 2 days
During sales periods, public holidays or order overload, the orders may take a few extra days to be delivered.

Europe: 2-4 days

During sales periods, public holidays or order overload, the orders may take a few extra days to be delivered. This doesn't include the time loss if a bag is stopped for inspection at customs.

International: 1 week

Exchanges and Returns at Klueles

REFUND ELIGIBILITY: 

If you are unhappy with your product you can email us to request a refund. Please state the reasons for returning the product and we will get back to you within 24hrs to let you know if you are eligible for the refund. Our customer service email is info@klueles.com. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging and with their tags still attached (if applicable). We do not accept returns on sale items. We also do not accept returns on items that are not in the same condition then when the product was initially sent out

You have the right to request a refund within 14 working days of delivery – the moment you sign for and receive the product.

Please note that you will be eligible for a refund if the product is damaged in places that it is not mentioned in the description, or you have received a product you have not ordered.

CANCELATION OF AN ORDER: 

In the case that you have purchased a product and changed your mind please contact customer service within 48hrs so we can proceed with the cancelation of the order.

CHANGES OF AN ORDER: 

If you have special requests when making an order please make sure you specify them in the comments section of the order.

If original packaging and receipts are important for you to have when you purchase our products please make this known before you make the sale. Please contact our customer service and make this known within 48 hours of the order.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS: 

We do not issue refunds on deposits which are made as a down payment for a product. If you have made a down payment then you must complete the purchase and the product will be sent out to you.

We do not issue refunds on special orders. If you requested a product that is not available and one of our personal shoppers has to source for you these orders are non- refundable. We invest time and resources to make sure you receive your desired product and cannot cancel or refund an order that was personally sourced for you.

We do not issue refunds on products that are independently authenticated by our customers. If you have doubts about the authenticity of your product, then to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product to us and have us re-authenticated. Third party authenticators are available at your request as long as you are happy to cover the service cost.

REFUND TIMINGS: 

If you are eligible and like to request a refund please bear in mind that it usually takes between 10 days and three weeks for us to process the refund. The refund timing will depend on the time it takes for us to receive your order and the time it takes for the seller to deposit back the money to our account. Refunds to international accounts take longer.
